If you are an incoming Grade 10 Student and are interested in the O2 program, you need to complete the O2 Application Form 2023-24 and have a teacher complete the reference form. Print out and complete the forms below and give them to your guidance counselor. Application Deadline is March 8, 2024, at 3 PM. Successful candidates will be contacted for an interview at a later date.
